Make a paymenton your policy.

Premium payments go directly to your insurance carrier, not to Sav-On. Find your carrier below to pay online or by phone, any time of day.

Pay Your Carrier

Payment portals and phone numbers

Your carrier's name is on your insurance card, your billing statement and your declarations page. If you would rather we handled it, call the office on (206) 878-1404 and we will process the payment with you.

About to Lapse?

If your payment is overdue, do not wait.

A lapse in coverage is more expensive than the payment itself. It can cost you continuous-coverage discounts, raise your rate at renewal, and if you carry an SR-22, a lapse means your carrier notifies the Department of Licensing and your licence can be suspended again.

If you have received a cancellation notice, pay the carrier directly and then call us. We can confirm the policy reinstated correctly and check whether a different carrier would price you better going forward.

If money is the problem, tell us. Several carriers offer different payment schedules, and sometimes moving a due date or changing the payment plan solves it without changing coverage.

  • We can process the payment with you over the phone
  • We can check whether a policy reinstated properly
  • We can look at different payment plans
  • We watch SR-22 accounts closely for lapses

Common Questions

Can I pay Sav-On directly?
Premium is collected by the insurance carrier that wrote your policy, so the payment itself goes to them. But if you would rather not deal with a portal or a phone tree, call the office and we will walk through it with you and get the payment processed.
I missed a payment. Is my coverage cancelled?
Not necessarily. Carriers usually send a cancellation notice with a date before coverage actually ends. Pay as soon as you can and call us so we can confirm the policy is active. Do not assume you are covered until it is confirmed.
What happens to my SR-22 if I miss a payment?
This is the one to take seriously. If an SR-22 policy cancels, the carrier is required to notify the Washington Department of Licensing, and your licence can be suspended again. Call us immediately if you are at risk of missing an SR-22 payment.
Can I change my due date or payment plan?
Often yes. Carriers offer monthly, quarterly and paid-in-full options, and some allow you to move the due date. Call us and we will see what your carrier allows.
My premium went up. Can you re-shop it?
Yes, and you should ask. We re-market policies as records improve and as carrier appetites change. If your rate jumped at renewal, that is exactly the moment to call us.

Premium gone up at renewal?

That is the right moment to let us re-shop it across our carriers.
